Service description
Ratiom provides three fixed-scope review services for English-language SaaS products: the Landing Page, Product Journey and Support Experience Reviews. Each is conducted personally by Gary O'Toole, with AI-assisted production tools used internally.
Deliverables are a written PDF report and a personalised video walkthrough. Reviews exclude meetings, implementation and ongoing consulting.
Payment and pricing
Fees are fixed: Landing Page Review $99, Product Journey Review $249, Support Experience Review $349. Taxes, VAT or currency conversion charges may be added where required by Stripe or applicable law.
Payment is processed through Stripe. Because review work is prepared to order, refund requests are handled based on whether work has started and the amount of work already completed.
Intellectual property
After payment, you may use the recommendations and deliverables provided for your own website, product and marketing activity.
Ratiom retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks and know-how. You remain responsible for the content, claims and implementation on your product.
Liability
Ratiom provides professional judgement and independent recommendations, but cannot guarantee a particular commercial outcome. Results depend on implementation, market conditions, product-market fit and factors outside the review.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Termination
Either party may cancel before work begins. Once a review has started, cancellation depends on the work already completed.
Disputes are handled first through direct communication.
